  • History of head and upper back trauma or surgery
  • Tendency to hemorrhage
  • Systemic disease

    positional release technique

    Positional release techniques along with therapeutic exercises

    Other: Positional release techniques

  • Active comparator
    graston technique

    Graston technique along with therapeutic exercises

    Other: Graston technique

Interventions

  • OtherPositional release techniques

    Positional release techniques apply for 90 second with the frequency of 3. This protocol will given 2 times in a week.

  • OtherGraston technique

    Graston technique will apply at 45 degree to muscle fiber for 60 sec with the frequency of three. 2 session will be given per week

Primary outcomes

  1. Visual Analogue Scale

    Used to measure neck pain, 10 is the worst possible pain and 0 means no pain.

    Time frame: 0 week, 1st week, 3rd week

  2. Neck Disability Index

    Used to assess trigger point related neck related disability

    Time frame: 0 week, 1st week, 3rd week

Secondary outcomes

  1. Goniometer

    Used to assess Cervical Range of Motion at baseline, 1st week and 3rd week

    Time frame: 0 week, 1st week, 3rd week
