Study summary

This is a single-center, single-arm, exploratory clinical study evaluating the efficacy and safety of MRG003 (Becotatug Vedotin) in patients with relapsed small cell lung cancer. Eligible patients receive becotatug vedotin at a dose of 2.3 mg/kg administered by intravenous infusion once every 21 days until disease progression or unacceptable toxicity. The primary endpoint is overall survival (OS). Secondary endpoints include progression-free survival (PFS), objective response rate (ORR), and safety.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion Criteria:

What researchers measure

Primary outcomes

  1. Overall Survival (OS)

Time from the date of first dose of study treatment to death from any cause.

Time frame: up to 12 months

Secondary outcomes

  1. Objective Response Rate (ORR)

The proportion of patients with measurable disease at baseline who achieve a confirmed complete response (CR) or partial response (PR) according to RECIST version 1.1.

Time frame: up to 12 months

  2. Progression-Free Survival (PFS)

Time from the date of first dose of study treatment to the first documented disease progression or death from any cause, whichever occurs first.

ElapsedEstimatedEstimated, not yet reachedSimilar studies: half by the dot; the band is the middle halfHalf of similar studies reached it by the dot; the band is the middle half, from a quarter to three quarters

Started Oct 2026 (actual). Primary completion is estimated for Dec 2029, 38 months after the start.

Of 47 interventional studies with no phase under Small Cell Lung Carcinoma, half reached primary completion within 49 months of starting (the median), counting those still running; a quarter within 19 and three quarters within 62. This study's planned 38 months is below that.

How these figures are worked out, and which studies are left out of them.

What these dates mean
Start.
When the first participant enrolled; while estimated, when the study expects to open to recruitment.
Primary completion.
When the last participant was examined or treated to collect data for the study's main question, its primary outcome. A study that stopped early gives the date its data collection stopped.
Completion.
When the last participant's last visit took place, for every outcome, secondary ones and side effects included: the end of the study. Often later than primary completion, sometimes the same day.
Actual and Est.
Actual means the registry says the date has happened. Est. (estimated) is a date the sponsor plans or expects. It can still move, and the sponsor is expected to change it to actual once it has passed.
