An interventional study of Artificial Intelligence-Generated Resistance Training and Conventional Resistance Training in Physical Performance, sponsored by Marmara University. Completed at 1 site in Turkey (Türkiye). Open to male participants aged 18 Years to 35 Years, including healthy volunteers. Per ClinicalTrials.gov, last updated 2026-10-26.
Sponsored by Marmara University · Not applicable, Interventional, and Other
The goal of this clinical trial is to learn how an artificial intelligence-generated resistance training program affects muscle performance in sedentary men aged 18 to 35 years. The main questions it aims to answer are:
Participants in the two training groups will complete supervised resistance training three times per week for eight weeks. Participants in the control group will not take part in structured resistance training. Researchers will measure muscle performance before and after the eight-week study period to compare changes among the three groups.
Marmara University is the lead sponsor of 590 studies on the registry; 135 are open to participants now.

Exclusion Criteria:
Participants in this arm received an eight-week resistance training program generated using artificial intelligence.
Behavioral: Artificial Intelligence-Generated Resistance Training
Participants in this arm received an eight-week resistance training program developed without the use of artificial intelligence.
Behavioral: Conventional Resistance Training
Participants in this arm did not participate in the resistance training intervention during the eight-week study period.
An eight-week resistance training program generated using artificial intelligence. The program was implemented in the Artificial Intelligence-Generated Training Group.
An eight-week resistance training program developed without the use of artificial intelligence. The program was implemented in the Conventional Training Group.
Peak Force
Peak force was assessed during maximal voluntary isometric contractions using the Beyond Power Voltra 1 system. Measurements were obtained bilaterally for the quadriceps, hamstrings, plantar flexors, and dorsiflexors.
Time frame: Baseline and after 8 weeks
Impulse (0-100 ms)
Impulse during the first 0-100 ms of maximal voluntary isometric contraction was assessed using the Beyond Power Voltra 1 system. Measurements were obtained bilaterally for the quadriceps, hamstrings, plantar flexors, and dorsiflexors.
Time frame: Baseline and after 8 weeks
Rate of Force Development (0-100 ms)
Rate of force development during the first 0-100 ms of maximal voluntary isometric contraction was assessed using the Beyond Power Voltra 1 system. Measurements were obtained bilaterally for the quadriceps, hamstrings, plantar flexors, and dorsiflexors.
Time frame: Baseline and after 8 weeks
