Study summary

This study will test a new experimental study drug called REGN9220 with a Regeneron drug called odronextamab (both called "study drug") to see if it can help treat people with aggressive BCNHL that has either come back/gotten worse or has not responded to previous treatment.

The study is looking at:

  • What side effects REGN9220 might cause when given with odronextamab
  • How well REGN9220 works when given with odronextamab
  • How much REGN9220 is in the blood at different times when given with odronextamab
  • If the body makes antibodies to REGN9220 when given with odronextamab, this may cause the REGN9220 to not work as well
  • How the body and immune system changes after having REGN9220 given with odronextamab, which can help researchers understand why REGN9220 given with odronextamab works better in some people than others
  • What is the best dose of REGN9220 when given with odronextamab

ElapsedEstimatedEstimated, not yet reachedSimilar studies: half by the dot; the band is the middle halfHalf of similar studies reached it by the dot; the band is the middle half, from a quarter to three quarters

Start is estimated for Dec 2026; primary completion for Nov 2029, 34 months later.

Of 53 industry-sponsored phase 1/2 interventional studies under Lymphoma, Large B-Cell, Diffuse, half reached primary completion within 75 months of starting (the median), counting those still running; a quarter within 54 and three quarters within 98. This study's planned 34 months is below that.

Counting every sponsor, half of 110 studies reached it within 73 months; a quarter within 53 and three quarters within 94.

How these figures are worked out, and which studies are left out of them.

What these dates mean
Start.
When the first participant enrolled; while estimated, when the study expects to open to recruitment.
Primary completion.
When the last participant was examined or treated to collect data for the study's main question, its primary outcome. A study that stopped early gives the date its data collection stopped.
Completion.
When the last participant's last visit took place, for every outcome, secondary ones and side effects included: the end of the study. Often later than primary completion, sometimes the same day.
Actual and Est.
Actual means the registry says the date has happened. Est. (estimated) is a date the sponsor plans or expects. It can still move, and the sponsor is expected to change it to actual once it has passed.
