Study summary

This is a prospective, single-arm phase II clinical study enrolling patients with locally advanced unresectable non-small cell lung cancer. All enrolled patients receive induction therapy with Becotatug Vedotin combined with pucotenlimab and platinum-based regimens. Patients who complete the scheduled induction treatment will subsequently receive definitive concurrent chemoradiotherapy.

Interventions

  • DrugBecotatug Vedotin (MRG003)+pucotenlimab+platinum

    Drug page: Becotatug vedotin

Becotatug Vedotin 2.0 mg/kg on day 1 every 3 weeks plus pucotenlimab 200 mg on day 1 every 3 weeks, combined with cisplatin 25 mg/m² on days 1-3 or carboplatin at an AUC of 5 on day 1 every 3 weeks, for a total of 2 cycles.

What researchers measure

Primary outcomes

  1. Objective response rate (ORR)

The proportion of patients whose tumor volume is reduced to a predefined threshold (CR+PR) and maintained for a minimum required duration.

Time frame: Efficacy evaluation after concurrent chemoradiotherapy at 1 month.

Secondary outcomes

  1. Progression-Free Survival (PFS)

The time from the initiation of induction therapy to the first confirmed disease progression or death.

Time frame: From enrollment to the end of treatment at 3 years

  2. Overall survival (OS)

Time from the initiation of induction therapy to death.

Time frame: From enrollment to the end of treatment at 5 years

  3. Adverse Events

Any untoward and unintended medical occurrence, including abnormal laboratory findings, symptoms, or diseases.

Time frame: From enrollment to the end of treatment at 3 years

ElapsedEstimatedEstimated, not yet reachedSimilar studies: half by the dot; the band is the middle halfHalf of similar studies reached it by the dot; the band is the middle half, from a quarter to three quarters

Start is estimated for Nov 2026; primary completion for Oct 2029, 35 months later.

Of 678 non-industry phase 2 interventional studies under Carcinoma, Non-Small-Cell Lung, half reached primary completion within 56 months of starting (the median), counting those still running; a quarter within 36 and three quarters within 81. This study's planned 35 months is below that.

Counting every sponsor, half of 970 studies reached it within 48 months; a quarter within 30 and three quarters within 75.

How these figures are worked out, and which studies are left out of them.

What these dates mean
Start.
When the first participant enrolled; while estimated, when the study expects to open to recruitment.
Primary completion.
When the last participant was examined or treated to collect data for the study's main question, its primary outcome. A study that stopped early gives the date its data collection stopped.
Completion.
When the last participant's last visit took place, for every outcome, secondary ones and side effects included: the end of the study. Often later than primary completion, sometimes the same day.
Actual and Est.
Actual means the registry says the date has happened. Est. (estimated) is a date the sponsor plans or expects. It can still move, and the sponsor is expected to change it to actual once it has passed.
