The objective of this post-market clinical registry is to collect realworld clinical experience across multiple European centers regarding the safety and efficacy of the CENTAURI System
The objective of this post-market clinical registry is to collect realworld clinical experience across multiple European centers regarding the safety and efficacy of the CENTAURI System when used with three commercially available ablation catheters (i.e., Abbott TactiCath™ Contact Force Ablation Catheter, Sensor Enabled™, Boston Scientific INTELLANAV STABLEPOINT™, Biosense Webster THERMOCOOL SMARTTOUCH™) in standard clinical practice to treat adult patients with paroxysmal AF.
3,957 studies on the registry are indexed under Atrial Fibrillation; 933 are open to participants now.
This study's planned enrollment of 300 is close to the median of 300 across 1,390 observational studies indexed under Atrial Fibrillation.

Exclusion Criteria:
Pulsed Field Ablation using the CENTAURI System
Safety Outcome
Safety will be assessed through the collection of cardiovascular related, procedure related, and/or device related adverse events (AEs) reported by the participating sites from the day of the index procedure through study exit.
Time frame: 24 months
Efficacy Outcome Acute Success
Acute procedure success, defined as PVI of all targeted pulmonary veins using the CENTAURI System.
Time frame: at the end of the index ablation procedure
Efficacy Outcome Chronic Success
Freedom from documented AF/AT/AFL from 61 days through 24 months of follow-up, clinically assessed by standard of care rhythm monitoring at participating sites.
Time frame: 24 months

Start is estimated for Dec 2026; primary completion for Dec 2029, 36 months later.
Of 149 industry-sponsored observational studies under Atrial Fibrillation, half reached primary completion within 28 months of starting (the median), counting those still running; a quarter within 15 and three quarters within 44. This study's planned 36 months is above that.
Counting every sponsor, half of 685 studies reached it within 38 months; a quarter within 22 and three quarters within 75.
