This trial will evaluate the feasibility, toxicity, and efficacy of docetaxel/estramustine, as in the adjuvant therapy of patients with high-risk prostate cancer after definitive local therapy.
Upon determination of eligibility, patients will receive:
Docetaxel + Estramustine
