Study summary

This is a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, decentralized clinical trial evaluating the effects of MN Nutra GeLiPthin-1™, a multi-ingredient dietary supplement, on body weight, BMI, waist circumference, appetite, satiety, and energy levels in overweight and obese adults over six weeks. A total of 170 generally healthy adults aged 18-65 years with a BMI of 27.0-35.0 kg/m² will be randomized 1:1 to receive either the active supplement or a matching placebo.

Participants will take three capsules orally twice daily for six weeks. All study activities are conducted remotely, including electronic consent, self-administered anthropometric measurements using a sponsor-provided Withings Scale and tape measure, and weekly online questionnaires via the Citruslabs digital study platform. The primary outcome is change in body weight from Baseline to Week 6.
