This is a randomized, controlled, hybrid clinical trial evaluating the effects of the Evolv GLP-1 supplement on weight loss, blood sugar regulation, and appetite suppression over 12 weeks. Participants are randomized to either the intervention group (8 capsules daily) or a control group receiving standardized healthy eating guidance from the American Diabetes Association.
The study enrolls 98 male and female participants aged 18 and older with a BMI of 25-29.9 kg/m2. Primary endpoints include Hemoglobin A1c (HgbA1c) measured via bloodwork at Baseline, Week 6, and Week 12, as well as body weight and waist circumference measurements collected at Baseline, Week 4, Week 6, Week 8, and Week 12. Secondary endpoints capture participant perceptions of appetite suppression, weight loss, blood sugar, and overall well-being via self-reported questionnaires at the same time points.
