What researchers measure

Primary outcomes

  1. 3-year PFS rate after treatment discontinuation

3-year progression-free survival (PFS) rate after treatment discontinuation. PFS was defined as the time from treatment discontinuation to first documented disease progression (PD) or death from any cause, whichever occurred first.

Time frame: 3 years after treatment discontinuation

Secondary outcomes

  1. 1-year PFS rate after treatment discontinuation

1-year progression-free survival (PFS) rate after treatment discontinuation. PFS was defined as the time from treatment discontinuation to first documented disease progression (PD) or death from any cause, whichever occurred first.

Time frame: 1 year after treatment discontinuation

  2. 5-year PFS rate after treatment discontinuation

5-year progression-free survival (PFS) rate after treatment discontinuation. PFS was defined as the time from treatment discontinuation to first documented disease progression (PD) or death from any cause, whichever occurred first.

Time frame: 5 years after treatment discontinuation

  3. OS

OS was defined as the time from initiation of best treatment to death for any cause; participants without death will be censored at the date of last follow-up.

Time frame: up to 5 years

  4. QOL

Quality of Life (QOL) was defined as a comprehensive multi-dimensional index reflecting physical, psychological, social and environmental status. The FACT-B and GAD-7 scales will be used to assess patients' quality of life and influencing factors.

Time frame: up to 5 years
