What researchers measure

Primary outcomes

  1. Incidence of Adverse Events(AEs) assessed by NCI-CTCAE v6.0

Collect and analyze the incidence of adverse events to evaluate safety and tolerability per NCI-CTCAE v6.0

    Time frame: 24 months

  2. Objective Response Rate(ORR)

The efficacy of solid tumors was evaluated according to RECIST v1.1

    Time frame: 24 months

Secondary outcomes

  1. Maximum Plasma Concentration (Cmax)

Collect blood samples at the preset time points, measure the concentrations, draw the concentration-time curve, and select the highest point on the curve.

    Time frame: 24 months

  2. Area under the curve (AUC)

Based on the concentrations at multiple time points and the time

    Time frame: 24months

  3. Half-life (T1/2)

Calculate the half-life based on the concentration of the collected data.

    Time frame: 24months

  4. Lymphocytes

Calculate and analyze the relationship between lymphocytes and efficacy

    Time frame: 24months

  5. Immunogenicity

Subjects will be tested for anti-drug antibody (ADA), and ADA-positive serum samples will continue to be tested for neutralizing antibodies (NAb).

    Time frame: 24months

  6. Cytokines

Calculate and analyze the relationship between cytokines and efficacy

    Time frame: 24months
