Procedure: Retraction of Maxillary Anterior Teeth (en-mass) with conventional methods.
Device: low level LAZER therapy.
Procedure: Piezocision-assisted orthodontic retraction
Application of low-level laser therapy (LLLT) as an adjunct to conventional en-masse retraction to accelerate tooth movement.
Standard en-masse retraction using conventional orthodontic mechanics without adjunctive acceleration techniques.
Minimally invasive surgical procedure (piezocision) used alongside conventional mechanics to facilitate accelerated tooth movement during en-masse retraction.
En-masse retraction of maxillary anterior teeth
Time frame: Base line (T0), 1 month (T1), 2months (T2), and 3months(T3) after the start of retraction
